We love sertoma park as well. Also another park we have really come to enjoy this summer is Sherman Park by the zoo. Have fun!
I am not sure if you were specifically asking about parks in Sioux Falls so i will tell you two. Tutthill Park OVER BY 229 AND CLIFF is my favorite in Sioux Falls. It has a beautiful garden and lots of shade which is a must for us as my daughter has red hair, pasty skin and tons of freckles. My favorite park of all time is Palisades Park in Garretson it is absolutely beautiful with such nice trails and i love their little cabins that you can rent which are stuck up in the trees.
I am a huge fan of the spray park @ pioneer park.It is way on the other side of town for us, but my son loves it! it's never too busy and it's free!!

I agree - we go to the spray park a lot - it's awesome!
I agree w/ Tuthill Park. And it never seems busy. I like Sertoma, but it always seems so busy any time I've been there. I also really like Laurel Oak Park....McKennan Park is nice too....
Thanks, the one by Tuthill sounds awesome. We may have to check that one out this week!
My 5 year old adores McKennan park and Campus Park. We like going to the spray park too!
Where is Campus Park?

My goal is to not go to any park twice this summer. So Friday morning I took my two daycare boys and we went driving looking for a new park we hadn't been to. We discovered Cherry Rock Park. We took the long route....cuz I didn't know where the heck I was going. But you can get there on Southeastern, I discovered when we were leaving the park. It is a huge park, by the bike trails, with two play systems that are far away from each other. We went to the newer play system. It was perfect for the ages I had....almost 3 and 4 1/2. Nothing was super high, so I wasn't worried about them falling. And they had four slides, I think. I also try to avoid the parks with sand under the play systems. This one had mulch, but also had a little corner marked off with a little sandbox and one of those "diggers" that the kids operate with their hands. They had a good time. This is on my list of favorites.

I am looking for a fun park to take the kids to. We usually head over to Sertoma when we are in town, but thought we would try something different. Any suggestions? Thanks!
