We have done them both it depends on what you want, All American has a wide variety of classes and then a very competitive team and schedule, Power and grace has more of the competition only gymnastics. My daughters did well at both but Power and grace was more gymnastics then Cheer tumbling and my 5 girls are cheer tumblers so we did most of our training at All American. If you are looking for cheer tumble or just exposure EFI in Tea is the place to be they do great things there. I can give you more information if you need it I believe they are on the internet now
Elite Flips and Inflatables - EFI
My 3 and 4 year old do Power and Grace and we love it.
I like that we can take a month off here and there without having to pay for it anyway.
My daughter has been at Power and Grace for years and we LOVE it. We have a great preschool program that does theme weeks. For example, the last two weeks were Earth week. They talked to the kids about recylcing and gave each of them a bag to use at the store instead of one plastic bag. Other themes they have done are: Colors, Pirates, Dr. Seuss, etc. They also work on learning right, left, over, and under. They do have a great competive team and classes for every age (2-18). We are having our annual "GymFest" on Friday 16th 5:30 to 7:30, come check us out
I am new to Sioux Falls and I started with All American. I along with my 2 & 3 year old do the Little All Stars which is playtime in the gym with inflatables and trampolines. Then my 3 year old stays for their Little Dipper Class. I enjoy staying and watching her learn new things. The instructors are wonderful and relate with all their kids in their classes. My 3 year old asks every morning, "Is this my gymnastics day?"
I was coming here to ask the same question! My daughter is 3 and if one more person comes up to me and says, "You need to get her started in gymnastics" I am going to scream!
I think we may go with All-American in the fall due to the location - I don't want to drive all the way to the north side of town to go to Power and Grace.
It is nice to hear good things about both!
We've been in town about a month and our 9 year old daughter is on the team at All American. She LOVES it there, and I am very impressed with the coaches and how much she is learning. However what impresses me the most is that they don't forget to let them be KIDS!! We left town for a week and they didn't freak out that she would miss practice, they just wished us a safe trip. She is going to have dance class on a gymnastics night in the fall and they are ok with that, just said for her to put in a good practice for the time she will be there. Love it! Will be starting my 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter there in the fall.

Does anyone have an opinion on either of these? Do you prefer one over the other? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!
