homemade stepping stones for garden

A few months ago there were directions on how to make garden/stepping stones w/ kid had or foot prints. I have searched and searched and can't find it. It was cheap and sounded really easy. Something like...buy a bag of cement at Menards...put it in pie tins...spray kids hand w/ Pam or something. Can anyone help me out? THanks!

We did them for Mother's Day...buy a bag of quickcrete or quick dry cement (about $4), I used the big plastic disposable tray things for underneath plants (about .60 each) and bought glass rocks, shells and big plastic gems at the dollar store ($4-5)...mix the bag up as directed adding about 1/2 gallon more water than called for, it will seem really thick but if you add much more water it will slowly flatten back out after they put their hands in it losing the impression (mix it in a wheel barrow if you have one as it's easier to mix that way)....we made 6 and had enough concrete to do at least 2X more than that. I don't spray their hands, the concrete washes right off with the garden hose. You can add concrete color to it also if you want them colored rather than gray.

Press their hand down hard, pushing each finger down good and then decorate as you want to...let them dry overnight and they will be ready to unmold (the plastic trays worked great and you just throw them away, no cleanup).

It was fun for all the kids!

I just bought the kit at Hobby Lobby for $18. It includes the cement, mold, glass and stir stick. I have made two of these and it is really easy.
